We have designed two fantastic birthday packages so your little ones can celebrate in the best possible way. 

Cosy Package £250

* 2 Hours Exclusive Party Venue Hire for up to 10 children and 12 adults

* Balloons, child-size party tables with floor seats, disco lights, party music

* Children's meals will be served in individual baskets and includes a sandwich (ham or cheese),  veggies with houmous, cocktail sausages, choice of crisps, mini cheddar crackers, cupcakes, fruits to share, plus unlimited squash and water.

* Free hot drink for an adult accompanying a party child.

Luxury Package £400

We know how busy life can be, so we want to make sure your child's birthday is a stress-free experience for parents. All you have to do is book a Luxurious party, buy a cake and come celebrate.

* 2 Hours Exclusive Party Venue Hire for up to 10 children and 12 adults

* 1 of 5 themed party options to choose from (Digger, Safari, Unicorn, Dinosaur or Mermaid party) 

* Fun tattoo stickers, balloons, themed garland, child-size party tables with floor seats, disco lights, party music and goody bags with themed toy.

* Children's meals will be served in individual baskets and include sandwich (ham or cheese), vegies with houmous, cocktail sausages, choice of crisps, mini cheddar crackers, cupcakes, fruits to share, plus unlimited squash and water.

* Free hot drink for an adult accompanying a party child.

Birthday Party Terms and Conditions

By booking a party at Cosy Village, you agree to the following Birthday Party Terms and Conditions:

 

  • A Deposit of £50 is required to secure the date and time of the party.

  • A maximum of 12 children up to 5 years old at the party, including birthday child and maximum of 15 adults. 

  • Deposits are non-refundable, however in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness of the party child on the day of the party it may be possible to change the date / time of the party (subject to availability and with an extra charge of £50).

  • The balance must be paid 10 days prior to date of party.

  • The company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to non-payment of balance by the due date.

  • Should Cosy Village unable to host your party due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control e.g. leak, damage to the venue, electrical issues, or local advice regarding infectious diseases, then the party date can be postponed and the customer will be able to choose an alternative convenient date and time. If a suitable date cannot be agreed on, Cosy Village will reimburse 100% of the balance payments that have been made, however the £50 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Children must be supervised by responsible adult whilst visiting Cosy Village.

  • Due to our party schedules, party guests will not be admitted into the building until the allocated party time and must vacate promptly when their allocated time ends. This is to allow us to service the area for the next guests.

  • All party decorations belong to Cosy Village and cannot be taken away.
